Chef Stephanie graduated from the Natural Gourmet Institute of Culinary Arts Chef's Training Program in 2009. This comprehensive mostly-vegetarian program taught her French and Japanese knife skills, culinary techniques, and theoretical approaches to diet and health, including the principles of nutrition, medicinal cooking, cleansing, and detoxification. Along with her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from The Pennsylvania State University, Stephanie has exceptional knowledge of the human body and how to aid when there is dysfunction.
